January Challenge #27

Today is Workout Thursday! Clear some time in your schedule at some point today and get a good 30 minute workout in! You will feel amazing, and the new you puts your health as a priority! Get the to gym for a quickie or join a group exercise class, like yoga or kickboxing, take the dog for a walk, jog or run! Whatever you can squeeze in, just make it at least 30 minutes and get your heart rate elevated. Finish the session with some stretching and positive centering, knowing that the new you is amazing, healthy and strong!
