January Challenge #26

It's Top Chef Wednesday! Here at WTF, one of our favorite programs is Bravo TVs' hit series Top Chef! Your challenge today is to be your own Top Chef and use 2 unfamiliar ingredients to create a healthy, nutritious meal! You've already experimented a bit earlier in the New Year, New You challenge, so today is your day to put it all together! Maybe your family loves spaghetti. Today instead try spaghetti squash, using the squash instead of noodles. Maybe you love chicken and aren't' so fond of salad. Today try to incorporate the chicken into a salad sensation! Use nuts, fruit, fresh veggies, things that look good and taste delicious! Have fun and be creative!
