Happy New Year! Welcome to the January New Year, New You Challenge! We will take the month of January as launching pad for our new year! Sometimes it's so hard to get out of our established routines, good or bad. We simply fall into a learned pattern and changing that pattern can be a tough task. The New Year, New You Challenge is designed to help you break from old habits and patterns by prompting you to do different things!
