January Challenge #8
Remember the January challenge is an exercise to help you promote your willingness to change! We are daring ourselves to try small little challenges every day to push us out of our comfort zones and try new things! Today your challenge is to find a new workout! Have you thought about checking into Zumba or Pillates? Maybe you have been meaning to do some resistance training but never quite got there. Today is your day! If you belong to a gym or have access to one, explore the different options, spinning, yoga, kickboxing, or an aqua class and join in! If you work out at home, go online and find something that looks fun to try and do it! Most basic cable and satellite packages have fitness channels where you can join in on a workout. If you always wanted to go for a run, do it. Get out and go! Don't worry if you can't go for long, mix up running and walking and just do it! The possibilities are endless, just pick something that you want to try and get after it!
