January Challenge #31
Congratulations! You've made it through the New Year, New You Challenge! The challenge was designed to promote change in small manageable ways. From trying to foods, to getting organized and getting yourself organized and in shape, the Challenge guided you through a well rounded adventure! As we wrap up the challenge, your final challenge is to select 4-5 challenges that you will not only continue to do, but also ones that you can take to the next level. Maybe shoot for a 10K race or take cooking lessons, join a spinning club or start your social or support group. Keep daring yourself to have the life you want. Invest in yourself and strive for a healthy, happy, active lifestyle that promotes harmony and well being. You have made it through the 31 day challenge, now take that next step and keep it going tomorrow! If you feel like you need more time or if at any time you feel stuck, repeat all or several days of the challenge. Just keep going, keep taking small steps towards the life you want!
