January Challenge #23

Your challenge this evening is to create your own dream journal! You can buy one, create one of your own or simply use a pad of regular paper. Journaling can be one of the healthiest ways to get in touch with and process our feelings. Your journal is a sacred and special place for you to dream, vent, and unload all that is going on in your world. Make sure to keep it someplace safe and don't be afraid to let it all out there. Try to get in the habit of writing daily, giving yourself a constant outlet. There in your journal, you can dream your dreams and plan your greatest life adventures! You can plan, pray, and manage your daily life. You can vent, scream and cry out all of your disappointments and anxieties. Journaling is an amazing way to really deal with your feelings and emotions in a very private way. Enjoy your journal and the outlet it provides the new you!
