Your challenge to day is to clean and organize your kitchen! Empty out old, expired food from your pantry and fridge. Check your spices and other dry goods to make sure they are still good for consumption and make a list of healthy staple items you need to replace. Organize your kitchen drawers and get rid of old tupperware, tupperware lids with no bottoms and unused excess utensils that clutter up your work and storage space!
