Make It A Habit

Make Exercise a Habit. A part of your daily routine. Like taking a shower. You may go one day without one, but most likely you wouldn't go more than that. This is how exercise should be for us. Naturally structured into our daily lives as a habit, one we dont' think twice about. I know this sounds crazy, but it is the best way to ensure that exercise becomes a lifestyle, not just a temporary gig we do to feel a little better, lose a few pounds or tighten up some flabby spots.


I know, I know, busy schedules, work and family commitments can all get placed ahead of our workout time, but for a consistently healthy life, we have to have a consistent regime. And the benefits are endless! From our body's reaction to insulin to fat reduction, from strength gains to preventing memory loss, exercise is among the top remedies for so many of our health issues today.  


Find a program that lights you up, that gets you going, one you really enjoy doing, (even if you only enjoy it once it's over!),  and do it. Permanently. That's not to say dont' mix things up every now and then, after all variety is the spice of life! But to get the habit locked in, find a staple, your go-to, and make it your foundation of health.


Exercise as a habit will literally change your life and you will love how you feel!
